Venta d’Aubert offers a contemporary reinterpretation of the heritage of a traditional Venta, historically a place of gathering and convergence. Today, it serves as a creative canvas where winemakers express, through every bottle, a unique reflection of this magnificent landscape.
Our aim is to foster new conversations between art, nature, architecture, and wine.
Facing the Els Ports Natural Park, we are part of the Albarrán Bourdais art gallery project in Matarraña, alongside the Solo Houses architectural development and the Solo Sculpture Trail.

Bodegas TEMPORE was created by the Yago Aznar family in the year 2000. Aft¬er 4 generations of vine growing and with an immense knowledge in organic viticulture, the family decided that this effort had to be properly represented in the wines, therefore decided that it was time to not only grow grapes but to pour into a bottle all the experience gained during almost an entire century. We believe that wine is made in the land so we work daily to improve the quality and sustainability of our terroir. We are different in many ways during all the process involved in winemaking. In the land we do not seek for large productions, we seek for excellence. We innovate in agriculture to improve our vine growing because we believe that there is always a way to do it better. Organic viticulture and winemaking is the only way we understand to work the land and elaborate top quality wines.

Autochthonous Varieties.
Our origins belong to these soils and they are rooted as the vines to a thirsty and dry land. The Garnacha is original from our land Aragón, it is our most significant variety. Red Garnacha and white Garnacha grapes provide our wines with particular personality, revealing its elegance, their fruitiness and their delicate tannins.
Tempranillo is one of the most known variety from Spain. Our Tempranillo grapes are very different from Tempranillo of other regions due to our soil and climate conditions.
Our vineyards cover an area of 120 hectares that extend over a plain at a height of 550 metres above sea level. A limy and sandy soil rich in minerals, scarce precipitation that does not exceed 300 litres per year and a 90% sunshine rate and low yields of no more than 5.000 kg per hectare are the characteristics that provide our wines with their earthy character - warm and persistent wines, full-bodied and with suggestive aromas.

Founded in 1995 by Santiago Gracia Ysiegas in the region of Cariñena, 45 km south of Zaragoza, in Spain. The Gracia Campillo family are the fifth generation of winegrowers.
100 hectares of vineyards with the traditional Spanish varieties: Grenache (red and white), Tempranillo, Cariñena and Muscat and French varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Chardonnay, grown in trellis and glass. Organic agriculture following the guidelines of the European Union and officially certified in 2015. Our vineyards lie at an altitude of 500-600 m asl. We produce unique wines thanks to our microclimate and terroir, with a marked contrast of over 15 °C between daytime and night-time temperatures.
We use drip irrigation at night to make the most of our production and balance out the lack of precipitation. Planting a cover crop in alternate years among the Urbezo vines prevents fungal diseases. We use organic fertilizer, adding in fermented marc.
Complex soils with an exclusive terroir and excellent drainage to provide our wines with minerals and intense fruity aromas. The result of the proximity of the Sierra de Algairén and the winds off the Moncayo. SEE ALL WINERIES

Bodega San Valero focuses on native varieties (Garnacha and Cariñena), accounting for 70% of the cultivation. A long tradition in the region has its advantages: about 20% of our Garnacha is classified as "old vines", ranging from 30 to 100 years old, and located at extreme altitudes and on very rocky soils.
The winery has been a benchmark in the area since 1944. It is the oldest of its kind in Cariñena, meaning some of the most outstanding vines in the area have been cultivated for over 75 years.
The winery manages 500 winegrowers who together cultivate over 4,000 hectares of vineyard as active members of the cooperative. 90% of the vineyards are in the environs of the winery facility, close to the town of Cariñena. The winery is considered one of the most advanced and sustainable in Cariñena, combining passion and a respect for tradition with the most modern winemaking techniques in Europe.

Pagos del Moncayo is a sustainable traditional winery in the Sierra del Moncayo producing Prados wines from hand-picked grapes, treading the grapes using the traditional method. It is a European benchmark for the production of sustainable wines under the ECO-PROWINE project from the EU.
Pagos del Moncayo produces traditional wines by applying innovative technologies to the time-honoured winemaking system. Our philosophy is to make wines with the utmost respect for the environment that clearly reflect their origin. This, thus, means obtaining the highest quality and honesty in our wines.
Time-honoured methods are used at Pagos del Moncayo both in looking after the vineyard and in the winemaking process in the winery.
Four wines with very different personalities and all under the same name: PRADOS. Over half a century ago, between 1950 and 1967, winegrowers from different municipalities in the Cariñena region formed the five cooperatives and entities that gave rise to "Grandes Vinos" in 1997.
A dream come true lies behind every bottle, one that is the result of the coming together of the over 700 families of winemakers who comprise "Grandes Vinos". Sharing their work and know-how, they create wines that combine tradition and innovation, and know no bounds.
The "cariñena" is the most emblematic variety of grape grown in the vineyards of "Grandes Vinos", a variety that gives life and personality to our wines. And then there is the grenache, another grape from hereabouts which constitutes a fundamental part of our production. A rich and varied landscape full of vineyards of all ages, some over a century old, growing at different altitudes between 320 and 850 meters above sea level, set among a distinctly unique terrain.

Founded in 2003 and belonging to the Cariñena PDO, Bodegas Esteban Martín is an exciting family winery that is an innovative pioneer in environmental sustainability. Located at the foot of the Sierra de Algairén, the climate in this area is quite extreme, with the northerly wind (Cierzo) and very hot summers and very cold winters.
Measuring almost 300 hectares, the vineyards are family-owned. Three generations of the family are involved in the everyday work.
The winery is committed to quality wine and has a deep respect for nature, seeking a balance between the environment, climate, vine and land. It is IFS and VEGAN certified. It was awarded the best Winery in Aragon 2020 and the Most Sustainable Winery in Spain 2020.
Esteban Martín's wines are fresh, fruity, singular and honest; quality and environmentally friendly. Thus, 30% of the area is allocated to organic vineyards and the environmental impact has been reduced. The winery has numerous awards from the most prestigious international competitions.

Vinos del Viento son vinos elaborados con las variedades autóctonas de una manera de intervención mínima y respetuosa. Siendo que la bodega se sitúa en D.O. Campo de Borja, ‘El Imperio de La Garnacha’, las variedades principales son Garnacha, Garnacha Blanca y Cariñena. Los vinos de más alta gama son de viñedos únicos de viñas viejas de más de 50 años de edad. La joya de la corona es el viñedo Clos de Ros, un viñedo en secano de Garnacha Tinta de más de 80 años situado en las montañas del Sistema Ibérico, en la zona de Las Hoyas. Este viñedo se cuida con una viticultura biodinámica y sostenible. No se emplean ni pesticidas ni herbicidas ni fungicidas. Cada cepa produce muy pocos kilos de uva, entorno a 1kg por cepa o menos. El vino resultante es de alta expresión y concentración. La bodega se llama Vinos del Viento porque en la zona de Aragón, del Valle del Ebro, el viento del Cierzo sopla fuerte y con frecuencia. Michael Cooper es el enólogo y creador de los vinos. Es originariamente de California y cuando vino a España, se enamoró de los vinos y en particular de los de la variedad Garnacha. Michael Cooper no busca el mayor rendimiento de toneladas de uva por hectárea, sino, va en búsqueda de la calidad. Las viñas viejas son el patrimonio de Aragón y cada año se están arrancando, en Vinos del Viento buscamos viticultores que nos venden las uvas de viñas viejas y les pagamos un precio elevado y justo para que conserven esta cultura, esta historia vitícola. vinosdelviento.com

Vinos del Viento are wines made from local varieties with minimal intervention that is respectful towards the environment. As this winery lies within the Campo de Borja D.O. - "The Empire of Grenache" - the main varieties are Grenache, White Grenache and Cariñena. The top-end wines are from unique vineyards with vines that are over 50 years old. The jewel in the crown is the Clos de Ros vineyard up in the Iberian mountain range, a rain-fed Red Grenache vineyard dating back over 80 years. In the area of Las Hoyas. This vineyard is cared for using sustainable bio-dynamic wine growing. No pesticides, herbicides or fungicides are used. Each strain produces very few kilos of grapes, around 1 kg per strain or less. The resulting wine is highly expressive and concentrated.
The winery is called Vinos del Viento because in the Ebro Valley in Aragon the Cierzo wind blows strong and often. Michael Cooper is the winemaker and creator of the wines. He is originally from California and when he came to Spain, he fell in love with wines and in particular Grenache wines. Michael Cooper is not looking for the highest yield of tons of grapes per hectare, rather he seeks quality. The old vines are the heritage of Aragon and every year they are being uprooted. At Vinos del Viento we look for winegrowers who can sell us grapes from old vines and we pay them a high and fair price to preserve this culture, this winegrowing history.
