Hnos. Torcal is an Aragonese family winery established in 1887. Originally from Morata de Jalón, it is currently located in the DOP Cariñena. A winery led for decades by enterprising women, with a great passion for wine and respect for tradition.
Since our beginnings we dedicated ourselves to bulk, making great wines for great wineries. In 2016 we started our own elaborations, betting on expressive, different wines and with a careful image and brands inspired by Aragonese history: Cachirulo, Marqués de Fuendetodos and Aromas del Pilar.
Currently the fifth generation is at the helm of the company, a young team that has taken over learning from the experience and tradition of the family in the world of wine.
Hnos Torcal owns120 hectares of vineyards with different varieties: Garnacha, Cariñena, Syrah, Tempranillo, Cabernet, Merlot, Macabeo and Chardonnay. Most of our plots are located at more than 600 m altitude. Our vineyard plots are adjoining and make up almost a joint unit of land.
We dedicate all our efforts to producing quality wines. Our wines are a reflection of the wisdom and love for good wine for 200 years.

Founded in 1995 by Santiago Gracia Ysiegas in the region of Cariñena, 45 km south of Zaragoza, in Spain. The Gracia Campillo family are the fifth generation of winegrowers.
100 hectares of vineyards with the traditional Spanish varieties: Grenache (red and white), Tempranillo, Cariñena and Muscat and French varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Chardonnay, grown in trellis and glass. Organic agriculture following the guidelines of the European Union and officially certified in 2015. Our vineyards lie at an altitude of 500-600 m asl. We produce unique wines thanks to our microclimate and terroir, with a marked contrast of over 15 °C between daytime and night-time temperatures.
We use drip irrigation at night to make the most of our production and balance out the lack of precipitation. Planting a cover crop in alternate years among the Urbezo vines prevents fungal diseases. We use organic fertilizer, adding in fermented marc.
Complex soils with an exclusive terroir and excellent drainage to provide our wines with minerals and intense fruity aromas. The result of the proximity of the Sierra de Algairén and the winds off the Moncayo. SEE ALL WINERIES

Bodega San Valero focuses on native varieties (Garnacha and Cariñena), accounting for 70% of the cultivation. A long tradition in the region has its advantages: about 20% of our Garnacha is classified as "old vines", ranging from 30 to 100 years old, and located at extreme altitudes and on very rocky soils.
The winery has been a benchmark in the area since 1944. It is the oldest of its kind in Cariñena, meaning some of the most outstanding vines in the area have been cultivated for over 75 years.
The winery manages 500 winegrowers who together cultivate over 4,000 hectares of vineyard as active members of the cooperative. 90% of the vineyards are in the environs of the winery facility, close to the town of Cariñena. The winery is considered one of the most advanced and sustainable in Cariñena, combining passion and a respect for tradition with the most modern winemaking techniques in Europe.
Bodega San Valero represents about 27% of the entire PDO Cariñena. 100% of the production comes from the property. Its more than 18,000 French and American oak barrels make it the largest wine plant in Aragon. SEE ALL WINERIES

The origins of Bodegas Paniza lie in the town from which it takes its name, Paniza. Almost 70 years ago in this small town near Zaragoza we set out on an adventure to offer the world the best of this land: our wine.
The vineyards of Bodegas Paniza are located within the territory encompassed by the Cariñena Protected Designation of Origin and cover about 3,000 hectares.
Our vines mature at a higher altitude than any other vineyard within the Cariñena Protected Designation of Origin.
There is great variety in the geological composition of the soil and undersoil where our vines grow. This is dependent on the altitude at which the vineyards are located. The lower areas are home to brown-limestone soils, sandstones and clays. However, slate soil prevails higher up (up to 850m), where the oldest vines grow.
There are various ranges of products at Bodegas Paniza. Our wines range from the young (specially created for beginners in the world of wine) to the signature aged (much more complex and developed, ideal for those looking for the perfect harmony between tradition, modernity and elegance). We have a management system that is based around three key factors: quality, promotion of the local economy and respect for the environment. Bodegas Paniza has close links to the land from which its vineyards are born and its humble origin, but at the same time it is an outward looking winery that has great international vocation. We are working hard every day to internationalise; hence, our wines are already enjoyed in over 58 countries around the world. SEE ALL WINERIES

To be a centenarian is to walk the same land that our ancestors trod, to take care of the same vines that were once cared for by wise heads in the past.
The ageing rooms - old and renovated - where the family's knowledge is fondly protected.
Our motto is one that comprises the flavour of this land. Our wines are marked by the native vines that cling to the soil on gentle hills.
To be a centenarian means winding along with time. Our grandparents transported their wines by hand and today we export them all over the world, but with the same philosophy.
And just along the way, a sheltered nook benefiting greatly from facing the sun. Wine has been cultivated on this land since time immemorial and knowing its secrets excites us.

Over half a century ago, between 1950 and 1967, winegrowers from different municipalities in the Cariñena region formed the five cooperatives and entities that gave rise to "Grandes Vinos" in 1997.
A dream come true lies behind every bottle, one that is the result of the coming together of the over 700 families of winemakers who comprise "Grandes Vinos". Sharing their work and know-how, they create wines that combine tradition and innovation, and know no bounds.
The "cariñena" is the most emblematic variety of grape grown in the vineyards of "Grandes Vinos", a variety that gives life and personality to our wines. And then there is the grenache, another grape from hereabouts which constitutes a fundamental part of our production. A rich and varied landscape full of vineyards of all ages, some over a century old, growing at different altitudes between 320 and 850 meters above sea level, set among a distinctly unique terrain.
While talking about "Grandes Vinos" speaks to a unique land, tradition, sun, rain, effort and dedication, above all, it is a thing of passion. Passion for wine and all that entails. A passion that unifies, allowing us to enjoy and share the best moments of our lives. SEE ALL WINERIES

The winery is committed to quality wine and has a deep respect for nature, seeking a balance between the environment, climate, vine and land. It is IFS and VEGAN certified. It was awarded the best Winery in Aragon 2020 and the Most Sustainable Winery in Spain 2020.
Esteban Martín's wines are fresh, fruity, singular and honest; quality and environmentally friendly. Thus, 30% of the area is allocated to organic vineyards and the environmental impact has been reduced. The winery has numerous awards from the most prestigious international competitions.
Bodegas Esteban Martín is largely a team project. Our family business unites many people whose daily tasks tackle the different stages of winemaking, pursuing a common goal.

Dominio de Longaz is a family winery lying in the Cariñena Protected Designation of Origin, just 30 minutes from Zaragoza, in the Spanish region of Aragon. In addition to growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes, it is surrounded by 70 hectares of its own Garnacha vineyards (the native grape).
The winery building is in the Aragonese style, built with exposed rustic brick and large hanging eaves. Our goal is to produce unique wines, with their own personality, blending tradition and experience with cutting edge technologies. The grape harvest can be carried out manually - using 15 kg boxes - for the highest quality wines or mechanically at night, when temperatures are milder, oxidation is reduced and thus it is possible to retain all its organoleptic potential. The wines produced by means of this low temperature harvest are more complex and fruity. The doors of our winery are open to anyone wishing to get to the heart of how we make our wines. We aim to give wine lovers a magnificent experience from the moment they pass the hundred year old oak that marks the boundary of our property line. Events and meetings are held in the midst of the winery. Wine is a natural companion to celebrations. SEE ALL WINERIES

The treasure of our winery: the Old Garnacha and Tempranillo Vines that allow us to produce our premium wines such as our Terrai, Clave de Sol, Reserva and Gran Reserva ranges. With the village of Longares and its characteristic tower in the background.
A gift from Mother Nature, these grapes are carefully harvested by hand. The Longares terroir is home to sediment characteristic of an ancient river stream at the bottom of a valley, with its plots of rounded stones. These soils enable the vineyard to survive through extreme conditions.
The harvested grapes are transported quickly to the winery to avoid any unexpected fermentation during transport. Once at the winery, they are immediately analysed before setting the maceration process in motion.
Our facilities combine modernity and tradition; each fermentation tank has a computer-controlled system to maintain the ideal temperature for long macerations and fermentations, which brings out the very best in terms of aromas, colour and flavour.
And the "jewel in the crown”: our ageing room, with French Oak barrels for our most modern wines, and American Oak for the more traditional line. The barrels typically hold 225 litres, are regularly renewed, and are used for the final wine maturation process. Much like a diamond, they will be polished to perfection - albeit while remaining in their bottles!
