Dominio de Longaz is a family winery lying in the Cariñena Protected Designation of Origin, just 30 minutes from Zaragoza, in the Spanish region of Aragon. In addition to growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes, it is surrounded by 70 hectares of its own Garnacha vineyards (the native grape).
The winery building is in the Aragonese style, built with exposed rustic brick and large hanging eaves. Our goal is to produce unique wines, with their own personality, blending tradition and experience with cutting edge technologies. The grape harvest can be carried out manually - using 15 kg boxes - for the highest quality wines or mechanically at night, when temperatures are milder, oxidation is reduced and thus it is possible to retain all its organoleptic potential. The wines produced by means of this low temperature harvest are more complex and fruity. The doors of our winery are open to anyone wishing to get to the heart of how we make our wines. We aim to give wine lovers a magnificent experience from the moment they pass the hundred year old oak that marks the boundary of our property line. Events and meetings are held in the midst of the winery. Wine is a natural companion to celebrations. SEE ALL WINERIES

The treasure of our winery: the Old Garnacha and Tempranillo Vines that allow us to produce our premium wines such as our Terrai, Clave de Sol, Reserva and Gran Reserva ranges. With the village of Longares and its characteristic tower in the background.
A gift from Mother Nature, these grapes are carefully harvested by hand. The Longares terroir is home to sediment characteristic of an ancient river stream at the bottom of a valley, with its plots of rounded stones. These soils enable the vineyard to survive through extreme conditions.
The harvested grapes are transported quickly to the winery to avoid any unexpected fermentation during transport. Once at the winery, they are immediately analysed before setting the maceration process in motion.
Our facilities combine modernity and tradition; each fermentation tank has a computer-controlled system to maintain the ideal temperature for long macerations and fermentations, which brings out the very best in terms of aromas, colour and flavour.
And the "jewel in the crown”: our ageing room, with French Oak barrels for our most modern wines, and American Oak for the more traditional line. The barrels typically hold 225 litres, are regularly renewed, and are used for the final wine maturation process. Much like a diamond, they will be polished to perfection - albeit while remaining in their bottles!

Vinos del Viento are wines made from local varieties with minimal intervention that is respectful towards the environment. As this winery lies within the Campo de Borja D.O. - "The Empire of Grenache" - the main varieties are Grenache, White Grenache and Cariñena. The top-end wines are from unique vineyards with vines that are over 50 years old. The jewel in the crown is the Clos de Ros vineyard up in the Iberian mountain range, a rain-fed Red Grenache vineyard dating back over 80 years. In the area of Las Hoyas. This vineyard is cared for using sustainable bio-dynamic wine growing. No pesticides, herbicides or fungicides are used. Each strain produces very few kilos of grapes, around 1 kg per strain or less. The resulting wine is highly expressive and concentrated.
The winery is called Vinos del Viento because in the Ebro Valley in Aragon the Cierzo wind blows strong and often. Michael Cooper is the winemaker and creator of the wines. He is originally from California and when he came to Spain, he fell in love with wines and in particular Grenache wines. Michael Cooper is not looking for the highest yield of tons of grapes per hectare, rather he seeks quality. The old vines are the heritage of Aragon and every year they are being uprooted. At Vinos del Viento we look for winegrowers who can sell us grapes from old vines and we pay them a high and fair price to preserve this culture, this winegrowing history.

VINOS DEL VIENTO
Bodegas Care lies in the heart of the Cariñena Protected Designation of Origin. It is one of the oldest PDO in Spain, dating back to 1932 and the creation of the Cariñena Oenological Station. The area where we are located speaks of a lifestyle combining tradition and modernity for which Bodegas Care aims to be a standard bearer, respecting both roots and personality.
Care, the name used by the Romans to refer to Cariñena, evolved into Caraellana, "The Beloved Plain". It refers to the origin, attachment to the land and love for all that is native. In English, it speaks to care, respect and pampering. The winery and the production of our wines was conceived as an integral and innovative project in which each and every part is meticulously cross-referenced.
Our vineyards have been a part of the landscape, of nature, for centuries. The use of traditional environmentally-friendly agricultural practices, together with no use of chemical fertilizers, insecticides and herbicides, is mandatory to support both cultural tradition and sustainable cultivation. The perfect circle of this terroir is completed by the generosity of the vineyard, the passion of man and a meticulous viticulture.
We have an ageing room with automatic temperature and humidity controls to ensure aged wines are matured perfectly. We seek optimum maturity through ageing for each wine, retaining its true expression. This means each wine will have the time in barrel and in bottle that it requires. Each wine follows its own path towards maturity and the winemaker closely monitors each step to ensure an unhurried process.
We offer guided tours, areas to stop and admire the views, and a restaurant. All this to better understand our philosophy and work. Our business project responds to the criterion of fusing the tradition of one of the most deeply rooted oenological regions of Spain and respect for the vine and orientation towards new lifestyles.

Bodem Bodegas is a Dutch family winery that is passionate about the world of wine. Bodem is committed to the quality of its vegan wines, zero impact on the environment and innovation in production techniques.
The arid climate and the rugged soils of the Sierra de Algairén are all that the Grenache grape needs, i.e., sunshine and the right amount of minerals. Las Margas Tinto is a reflection of all this. Fruity quality, complexity, freshness and a velvety texture make for a vibrant and generous wine.
Las Margas Garnacha Blanca allows you to enjoy the fruity and floral flavours of the Sierra de Algairén. On the nose Las Margas Garnacha Blancais all white-fleshed fruits, lime, and mango mixed in with mountain herbs such as thyme and fennel to endow it with great complexity. In the mouth it is smooth, bold and weighty. It offers us a spectacular fruity explosion with a lively acidity and mineral touches. Las Margas Garnacha Blanca is a very gastronomic wine.

Blecua dates back to the end of the 11th century, when it was used as a place of retreat by the French Benedictine monks from Santa Fe de Conques. The winery is attached to a beautiful manor house, reminiscent of the architectural style of an Italian villa. This house, built at the end of the 19th century, was restored to build the cellar where our most iconic wine is made: Blecua.
A "signature wine" made only in exceptional vintages from a selection of the best vineyards, clusters and barrels.
Three different stages of painstaking selection make Blecua the wine spectacular wine it is.
First in the vineyard we ensure we are choosing the very best grapes, from each harvest, to hit the sorting table in the winery.
The next stage is in the winery when we discard those bunched that don’t make the grade prior to pressing and fermentation.
Next comes the barrels – only the very best barrels of wine are selected for the final blending after 20 months in new oak barrels before they make the final blend for the Blecua wine that is only produced in exceptional years.

The patio at the winery. Founded in 1998, Pago Aylés is a family winery.
It is the only winery in Aragon and one of the few in Spain to have attained the status of a "Pago" Wine due to its special soils, micro-climate and vineyards. The Soil: The Aylés vineyards sit on clay-calcareous soils that are excellent for retaining water, making them ideal for vine cultivation. Microclimate: Aylés has a very special micro-climate with cold winters and warm summers, aside from a significant thermal difference between day and night.
The vineyards must have a minimum age, providing us with less quantity but guaranteeing a higher quality.
We have over 100 ha of certified organic vineyards, filled with grenache, tempranillo and other varieties.
