Victor Clavería is the winery's oenologist and Food Artisan in the wine sector recognized by the Government of Aragon. Creativity prevails in all his elaborations
Our wine productions are limited and we work with disused elements such as clay jars, glass demijohns or even leather wineskins.
The vineyard sits on hills in Montesa (Somontano de Barbastro, Huesca), where we work with varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet, red and white Garnacha and native grapes such as Alcañón or Moristel.
The elaboration is hanmade and all Cabecita Loca products and Zinca wines seek the essence from the origins of the wine, recovering aromas and flavors linked to the past.
