DESCRIPTION

I would like to share the story of this wine, born from my passion and a very special vineyard. It originates from a single terroir in El Frasno, in the heart of the Iberian System, where the altitude and stony soils impart distinct character to every cluster. The harvest is conducted entirely by hand, bunch by bunch, as I believe true stewardship begins in the vineyard with the hands that tend it.

I ferment this wine using our own indigenous yeasts—both Saccharomyces and non-Saccharomyces—to preserve a unique aromatic identity that is inimitable anywhere else. It is crafted following the Ethernum Method, which bridges tradition and avant-garde winemaking: a solera and criadera system housed in concrete egg vats that preserves the liquid memory of each vintage and enriches it year after year.

TASTING NOTES

This wine is bottled just as it is born, unmanipulated, because we believe purity is non-negotiable. We want every sip to be an eternal heartbeat of its soul, telling you a story without any need for our intervention. For me, Guevo Wine is not merely a wine: it is a journey through time, a dialogue between the memory of the solera and the energy of the new, where every glass holds a living piece of our land.
