DESCRIPTION
The Senda have clayer soils than those of the Cuesta del Hierro. Their dryness enable us to produce a more powerful and structured wine.
A high production rate - due to a better foliar balance and a slower grape maturity-, translates into a higher quality. Harvest by night.
TASTING NOTES
Dark reddish purple. Very expressive on the nose, with wide range of aromas: red fruits, pepper cardamom, cocoa, with earthy and minerally hints.
In the mouth is powerful and elegant with full body. Nice acidity, resulting in a very fresh wine, rounded and well balanced. Persistent with long finish.
