They are born in this unique land and mature in the microclimate of Somontano to become solid, original and personal wines, the result of the balance between foreign grape varieties and native ones, of great oenological value.

TASTING NOTES
APPEARANCE: Ripe cherry colouring.
BOUQUET: Stone fruit aromas, cherries, apricots along with toasted wood, coffee, marmalade and spices such as paprika.
PALATE: Smooth and creamy on the palate, juice like with sweet tannin. Prolonged aromatic aftertaste.
PAIRING: Filled leg of lamb, stews, red meats and game.
