DESCRIPTION
The grapes were hand harvested and de- stemmed, but not crushed in order for the whole berries to maintain intact. The whole alcoholic fermentation was done with minimum maceration to create a lighter, fruity and floral Garnacha.
TASTING NOTES
Beautiful medium ruby colour. Perfumed nose showing red berries aromas with notes of thyme, lavender and Mediterranean spices.
