DESCRIPTION
Old bush vines of the Cariñena variety, located on plot 15 (41°31'62.6”N 1°16'74.7”W), in the Paraje de Valcovento , in the municipality of Cariñena, at an altitude of 678 meters, with head-pruned old vines with 44 years old.
TASTING NOTES
Intense red colour with violet rim. Aromas of rope fruit, spices, minerals, balsamic undertones. On the palate, balanced and with good acidity, long-lasting, varietal typical of the Cariñena, in a powerful, mineral version.
