DESCRIPTION
On rocky slopes located over 700 meters above sea level, we have recovered very old Garnacha Tinta and Garnacha Blanca vineyards, the traditional varieties of the Secastilla Valley. They are "high altitude vineyards" that shelter this delicate local variety, the Garnacha Blanca.
TASTING NOTES
Its finesse stands out in the olfactory phase, it is elegant, with an enviable aromatic balance, based on white fruit and nuts, such as hazelnuts. In the mouth, the attack is soft, the step is friendly, with a great memory of the freshness resulting from the expression of the purest terroir from which it comes. The taste is clean and delicate, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
